Patient Financial Counselor

At Shenandoah Oncology, we have Patient Financial Counselors on staff who will sit with you to review insurance benefits and coverage as it pertains to treatments and visits to the practice. They will also help to arrange payment options or find financial assistance, as needed. Our Patient Financial Counselors are here for you to help with Medicaid applications, apply for Family Medical Leave for you or a caregiver, and help to complete disability forms should you need such assistance. Our goal is to help relieve some of the financial burdens you may face so you can focus on your physical health and wellbeing.
